WORST SUPPORT - MY ALL .UK DOMAINS GOT SUSSPENDED BECAUSE OF THE POOR SUPPORT TEAMthere support team is wort, first they delay the updating of our client records then they don't bother to follow up with the registrar. their sites are down more 20 days and these guys don't bother to do anything. such poor service, the support team is really unprofessional and should be fired without asking any question. it looks like the top mangers are just enjoying the big salaries without checking the worst staff work, which is causing the customers to suffer. -10000000000000 experience Update: 5-12-2024Today we checked with registrar of .uk domains and they said the suspension was not from the registrar but from the Big Rock. All the time the Big Rock team was lying that the suspension is from the registrar where as the team of Big Rock was not doing anything and my client suffer.Our client is communicating with his Solicitor and legal team for the demurrages and losses he has to suffer due to Big Rock Negligence and giving wrong information.

I had purchased a domain from Big Rock last year and yesterday its subscription was deducted from my account because of auto renewal and now i have reached the Big Rock support regarding the refund and domain cancellation at first they thought i was some new person and they tried to fool me that "once a domain is registered, it cannot be refunded due to the policies in place. You might consider letting the domain expire or transferring it to someone else who might find it useful. " it is because of domain registration and it a renewal thing not registration they cam with there absurd policy of not refund anything regarding domain here is their policy you search it on Big Rock becuase trustpilot is not allowing me use linksand seriously this foolish enough that you are not giving me refund and its my right that if i havent use a thing and i just simply want to return it and get a refund its my right further more i attaching the refund policy of godaddy they have far more better refund policy then Big Rock go to godaddy refund policy so Big Rock SUCKSSSSSS SCAMMERS SCAMMMERS
