I found this to be much favorable than other sites. The Templates are much more user friendly than the others. Big Rock is much more reasonable in price. I would definitely recommend this site over all others!! I love the convenience I could do with my coded site and also combining their templates. That is totally awesome!!

When we began this adventure of creating a club website, we knew absolutely nothing about it. We were able to complete a functioning website using the Big Rock site, and their AI program. We published the preliminary site in less than 24 hours. It took longer to get our domain name attached. Again we knew nothing about what we were attempting to do. After a few days of failed attempts, we were successful in attaching it. Then getting the website to show up in a search took a couple more days. I finally contacted customer support and texted with Kodee, the end results were successful. Our web page is now online and accessible.

Big Rock used to be good, but now they put AI to provide support, and if you beg for human support, the AI will redirect you to a clueless agent that is even worse than the AI, copying and pasting templates, and lying. I needed help with migrating a site and they just wasted 2 hours of my life in chats and emails begging for help. They need to fix their stuff.

The support and care that I received was second to none. The staff stayed with me as I went through their suggestions to solve my issue. They didn't leave me until I was all fixed up and ready to get back to work on my website!

If I were to choose one thing about them, I would say it's their support. They offer really great support and their support team is really knowledgeable but also humanly understanding.The other thing is that they've optimized their servers for WordPress sites speeds. All my sites are super fast and have great score on Google Page Speed.Our agency has been hosting with them since 2018 (7 years) and in all these years we haven't had any issue to make us consider any other hosting provider.I personally highly recommend them!
