Loving my experience with Big Rock. I made an error when configuring my account by purchasing the wrong service. I was able to easily get in touch with support. The person who helped me was named Mark, and he resolved my issue for me quickly. Im really liking the service so far and would recommend them to friends or colleagues. I really like the HPanel for wordpress hosting as well. A lot of features and tools are nicely inegrated into the Big Rock dashboards that make me more efficient and streamline wordpress site management. I have experience with cPanel and other panels out there, I think Big Rocks Panel is my favorite for managing WordPress sites. It gives you access to exactly whats needed for Wordpress hosting and really streamlines everything. 100/10.

I have used super terrible hosts such as Hostgator, and Big Rock is THE WORST! Their platform has misleading content to make you believe you're getting something when you upgrade, and you don't. They do everything they can to get your money, and then if you do anything, such as a chargeback to try and recover wasted money, they will completely lock everything and come after you. I ordered VPS solutions and they never worked, Big Rock wouldn't refund me. I use cloud hosting plans that boast 300 websites! I can barely get 60 to function correctly so I have multiple plans in use so that we don't exceed the resource limit and get yelled at. Then they randomly decide to change servers all the time and cause downtime, sometimes changing IP WITHOUT even notifying us. So all our websites go down, and then we have to figure out that they changed the IP, and then go through and manually change each website IP. The security is a screen door. It's a miracle that any of our websites work at all. We are moving everything elsewhere ASAP. It just took me over an hour to upgrade a plan because I was told my SINGLE website on a plan built for 200 websites didn't have enough resources and upgrading to the next plan would solve it. I can't upgrade myself and have to contact support. They tell me it'll take 24-72 hours, I start swearing and they magically find someone available to fix it, then they upgraded it without my permission or telling me what I was about to be charged, then IT DIDN"T EVEN SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I have never used a bigger scam in my life. Avoid Big Rock at ALL costs.
