Ignore the bad reviews and stuff you read on the internet. I've been with Big Rock for a few years and have nothing but praise. They are a reliable server with very good customer services, and that is why I am still with them. I am a real person and this is a genuine review - I haven't been asked to write it - I am just so grateful for help received today and for the ever present, patient, customer services team online. The number of times I haven't had a clue how to set something up in the server and they've talked me through it and solved the issue. If they can't get me to understand, they get someone more experienced to get back to you. They honestly go above and beyond what they are there for. I have a couple of websites and run them fine but when there's something technical to change I am stuck! Today I had four different advisers assisting at various times of the day - Giles, Arthur, Jean and Mya. Mya is particularly patient and brilliant. Also Kodee the AI bot who actually gave some really useful instructions on setting up email. So aside from customer services, the server is good. I have only rarely had site downtime and not for long - maybe once or twice a year in the middle of the night - either planned or unplanned. The websites just run without issue. The prices are reasonable and it pays to buy 2 or 3 years rather than one, for the discount. I am just hugely grateful they helped me set up email. Which I couldn't have done on my own. Primarily though I think their customer service is the best. It's done online and there's always someone there. And they are very nice and polite as well. And that counts.

The value for money that Big Rock provides is just incredible. I highly recommend their 48-month plans. You'll regret it if you do not use the opportunity to lock in this fantastic price for the full 48 months.
