The help of IT guy Arthur was a God sent. I had a big problem with the deletion of my work email, and Arthur was very professional and nerve calming with his competency in his field of expertise but also very human in communicating and explaining all the steps he was going to solve the disastrous situation that happened to me. Great tools to make great looking websites, even for a beginner like myself. I had a question about something, and within 5 minutes I had an answer via their live help assistant. We have been using Big Rock since 2019, and will continue to do so!

I first worked with an Ai chatbot to resolve my issue. When it became clear that my issue could not be easily solved by the bot, I was forwarded to Elimantas, who thoughtfully reviewed the entire chat log and made suggestions on how to resolve the issue. While the issue fell outside the scope and use case of the Big Rock features I was trying to implement, Elimantas pointed me in the right direction for solving my issue in another way. I am grateful for this assistance.

I never subscribed to your services. Please delete my account. I had a chat with someone some time ago and nothing happened. I got an email with this message "Important: If you want to keep your domain name, it must be renewed before the expiration date. Failure to renew in time may result in Redemption fees or losing the domain ownership." Bad customer service , guys. Please cancel and confirm.

gt metrix gives b grade in Canada selection and c grade in india selection and ping dom is giving 98 out of 100 and like 2 seconds on loading time so resource wise it has to reach A grade in gt metrix
