The help of IT guy Arthur was a God sent. I first worked with an Ai chatbot to resolve my issue. When it became clear that my issue could not be easily solved by the bot, I was forwarded to Elimantas, who thoughtfully reviewed the entire chat log and made suggestions on how to resolve the issue. While the issue fell outside the scope and use case of the Big Rock features I was trying to implement, Elimantas pointed me in the right direction for solving my issue in another way. I am grateful for this assistance.

I never subscribed to your services. Please delete my account. I had a chat with someone some time ago and nothing happened. I got an email with this message "Important: If you want to keep your domain name, it must be renewed before the expiration date. Failure to renew in time may result in Redemption fees or losing the domain ownership." Bad customer service , guys. Please cancel and confirm.

gt metrix gives b grade in Canada selection and c grade in india selection and ping dom is giving 98 out of 100 and like 2 seconds on loading time so resource wise it has to reach A grade in gt metrix
