I am a client with Big Rock for over 4 years now and honestly everything they do so far is more than amazing. Service wise, everything is running smooth, even though I was on a shared plan and one would have expected multiple interruptions which didn't happen at all. Customer service wise, they have what I call the A1 team. They are very dedicated, helpful, friendly in their communication and professional in providing information and they always go the extra mile to support you technically and even financially by helping you selecting suitable plan or even coupons to use to support their clients.

Funny how all the 5* reviews talk about helpful customer service and mention people they talked to by name. You do NOT talk to a person. It's an AI programmed to debase itself with endless apologies while spouting lies. It told me to look for a cancel button to speed up resetting a failed process it then said can't be cancelled because it's automated and when asked why it lied it apologised and thanked me for feedback. What a joke! In the meantime I have to wait for 7days for things to expire automatically because there is no human there that can actually help you. We are doomed as a human race having nothing but lame autobots to help.

I'm using Big Rock since past 4 years, no complaints. I really recommend it.I've 40+ sites hosted, No issues, No downtimes, even if there is additional load at times, they are able to allocate prominent resources to make sure that it works.Even if there have been minor hiccups or i need understanding their team have always been supportive and helpful to resolve the query smoothly and promptly.

I am really very pleased with the assistance that was provided to me by Big Rock, especially the Tasnim assistant.
