This is no way to run a business. I'm on the cloud startup plan which I signed up to about 2 months ago. Website loads fast but occasionally it doesn't load which isn't acceptable. Also, I am getting 504 Gateway Timeout errors!! But what really upsets me are all those fake reviews here. They don't provide good support - all those reviews here praising specific persons are fake, it seems actually very hard to chat with a real person.

If I compare this host with the experience I had and still have with others (for more than 15 years) the immediate difference is the great availability and responsiveness when I had questions. Someone answers you almost immediately. So bravo for that!

It is a good platform to create your website and have email service. With online training that allows you to create your own website.
