With no experience in IT issues, I tried to solve a problem with my website files for 2 hours. I hesitated to contact the Big Rock support, as it is Saturday evening and who on earth would have time to reply to me... BUT when I asked for help on chat, David sorted out my problem in a minute or so. So kind, helpful and friendly! Thank you!

Jefferson was very helpful, detailed and most of all: Patient with me. I am a "senior citizen" with a bad memory (think Swiss cheese - lots of holes). So, I was upset and confused about what plans and features I had previously purchased, but he kindly made everything clear to me.
