The journey has been smooth with the tools available within the dashboard to get, set & go.Also, their pricing is reasonable vis-a-vis other service providers and moreover Big Rock keeps innovating and upgrading their services considering customer's needs.The only suggestion or improvement is Customer Success team availability for quick chat will be highly needed & appreciated to resolve immediate issues.

I installed a WordPress Starter Hosting website from hpanel.Big Rock.com. The process guided me through each step in an intuitive way that finished with a working WordPress website. I had expected to need help from tech support, but it wasn't necessary. Big Rock tech support is very good in my experience, I would strongly recommend Big Rock to anyone without a lot of technical experience who wanted a WordPress website.
