A few weeks later, we received letters saying that we were constantly exceeding our limits even though we had official records. Even though our software developer examined it, he could never find such data, and there was no such trace on his own panels. Then the server we were on gave an error and our family was closed. They said they wanted to move us to the Lithuanian server. Everything got worse. Customers could not shop. We became unable to work in the background. When we said these, they said to move to the next higher package and we moved to the highest package. Nothing got better. The website has become constantly experiencing momentary problems. Analytics data showed that there were 90 people on the site at the moment. In the morning hours of 23.01.204, the site became very heavy. We communicated through the chat section.
