I recently made the switch to Big Rock for my website hosting needs, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional.From the moment I signed up, Big Rock impressed me with its user-friendly interface. Setting up my website and managing the various aspects of hosting was a breeze, even for someone like me who is not a tech expert. The control panel is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and customize settings.

I might even be reviewing a 2nd time but the Live Chat support is hands down the best experience I've ever had. Would recommend to anyone looking to build their own website!

My previous hoster obviously had server capacity problems. About half the time I created a post or amended one, the server would come back with 'Cannot Find Page' Then I would loose all my work. I moved my website to Big Rock in the hope this would no longer happen. I was right, since being on Big Rock and carried out countless updates, the problem I experienced has not happened a single time. I've also had good support from Big Rock. I'm glad I left my previous hoster and migrated to Big Rock.

I've been using other hosting providers / domain brokers as well. Very often dissatisfied. With Big Rock it is much much better. Ui clarity, payments transparency and customer support is really where Big Rock shine.Also documentation is well written and help solving problems. So far so good :)

I've been using Big Rock for several months now. Recently I had an issue with a domain that hadn't been released by an earlier owner. Support was excellent in troubleshooting and resolving the problem - fast and courteous.I've been pleased with the service overall. My sites are easy to set up and resolve much more quickly than with my previous host. I've become a fan and would recommend them as a webhost for anyone needing the service.

Terrible customer service. Nobody is there on live chat to assist you if you want a refund but if you want to make a payment suddenly someone is there to assist you. I got hacked and someone purchased domains with my account when I requested for a refund I was told its no possible I have to keep them. Which makes me wonder whether it was a Big Rock staff member or not. If you buy any product from them by best believe there is no refund even if it's error. Horrendous experience! I have been setting up my website for a new business, and have had a few IT headaches along the way as I have been doing all of my own IT infrastructure set up and have made a few errors. I bought my domain through a different provider, and Big Rock were very helpful and supportive in assisting me move my domain. I have also had issues connecting my domain with Microsoft, and Big Rock have been very fast to respond, and very supportive. Although the issues are yet to be resolved, the customer service I've received from Big Rock has been fantastic. Very happy I used Big Rock as my platform.

When first bought my hosting plan, it costed me $1.99 per month, but when wanting to renew it, they asked me to pay the quadruple price $7.99!!!! And when visiting their website as a new user, you will not see any indication about their renewal prices.I don't recommend them at all due to their deceiving pricing. They are not the best.
