I'm from Germany! started Domain transfer to Big Rock Germany on the 22. Feb 23.Theres no domain status to my Big Rock account, and no Hosting account or h-Panel. Since this morning theres no customer help available! I paid domain transfer and webhosting fees through Paypal. Any one who had the same experience?? feel like i've been ripped off. After checking with ICANN i found out that my domain has been transferred, and is now locked. What can i do. i want my domain back. i still have the EPP code used for the transfer. I would like to know who the domain has been transferred to. it has belonged to me for 20 years

they are like robbers who robs people in the name of auto renewal , i bought a service last year which i dropped 6 months ago and today they charged me out of nowhere they didnt even emailed me once for their auto renewal also and their refund policy is you cann ask refund for auto renewal .how a trash provider it could be . it was just 1 minute delay . i would suggest everyone not use credit cards with them as they are trash and their refund policy also.
