Customer service is really good. I hate that there's no phone number to call but people on the chat are really responsive and the turnaround is quite fast. I had a weird problem with a Google Workspace subscription that I bought with Big Rock, we couldn't make it work but in the end Big Rock will process a refund and I'll try another route. It's good that you value customers.

First day, migrated a WP site. Preview looked OK, but after activating it titles and images related to titles and more were messed up. Got a fast response from support chat and everything was resolved in 20 mins. Excellent start with good support :)

Great User-friendly site with so many templates and really got a great savings for a site creating in the website builder. Domain was a lot faster than competitors that I have tried in the past too. Have tried many website builders for my clients to update on their own. there is no way the 5* rating for Big Rock can be real frommy experinceso far,last night, after waiting for ages for tech support for help with enquery about adding another service to take advantage of the current discount before it runs out, the unhelpful person tried everything to discouragevery long delays inbetween each vague answer after vague answer, i tried to be patient think they might be busy working from home or something and may be surfering from slow connection, final staw for me was when they dirrected me to look at a link that is noting to do with what i requered, i know because i have already gone through that before contacting support. i realised that it wasnt thier slow connection, but them prefering to sleep rather than help.so i ordered the srvice from another company who had clear discriptions and options on their site that Big Rock lacks=====================to add insult to injury, now Big Rock is claiming i don't exist, a ploy that i don't see so they can get trustpilot to delete the review, if only you would use the same deligensy to answer tickets, rather than choosing to be unhelping to your clients, i have been polite and held back a lot of my experience about Big Rock so far, but keep pushing my buttons, and i will take my time to give everyone a very detail account of my experiences with Big Rock
