I had a problem and it was solved in extreme short time. There is no any way to contact support from the site, live chat doesn't work and there is no propriate e-mail.I contacted sales, and guy from support contacted me in couple minutes

Customer since April 2021 and switched from cloud to VPS few years back, wasn’t told that i no longer needed to pay for cloud related domain services and just recently found out that it was continuing, running up a bill with absolutely no need for it. Asked for some compensation and bottom line was no, too late too bad and i am the only one responsable for making sure that the service did not automatically renew. After all the time and money i had already spent with them, really, that’s the customer appreciation i get ? They stole my money (unused/untouched service) and ran with it basically!

I am ussing Big Rock hosting over 2 years i think, and all people that answer on my problem are great, so fot the company well done!And to night Tomas Helped me a lot and i want to rate his work as a 5+ Well done!

I recently paid twice (accidentally) while upgrading my email plan, online. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this until I received two different invoices from PayPal showing that I had made two payments within minutes of one another. I contacted Big Rock's customer service via email and within minutes received a very cordial reply (now I'm doing all of this around 10pm my time... it's late) Less than 30 minutes later, I got a refund notice from PayPal. In between that time, I received no less than three emails from customer service keeping me informed of their progress. What a great experience for a problem I caused.

This hosting provider is very much better than many of other providers I have used before.It has AI generated website builder, it has WooCommerce, WordPress, (auto) Logo maker,... and many more. That help speed up the website building process a lot.When I have issue, I can get help from chat and all the chat are stored in the system for later reference.I like this very much. I am still waiting for one issue to be solved and I believe it will be solved soon.
