The Hosting is basic and what you expect. The problem is support. First of all its very difficult to locate support.In Wordpress hosting they offer, instead of solving the issues which are common in .htaccess etc. the tech team offers to solve problems for a package payment.I used Siteground and MDD hosting earlier and never experienced such bad support. They never used to close service tickets until they solved the issue or provided custom code/edit.A lot of affiliate marketing might have made Big Rock popular, but I personally feel tricked. Will definitely switch once my annual package expires.

I am extremely satisfied with the Big Rock's support service, they carefully understood my problem and precisely eliminated it in a short period.

I really like this company. They are good and trustworthy. The websites I use with them functions well and everything is pretty easy to set up. If there ever is an issue it is resolved eventually and without too long of a wait, usually pretty fast to be honest. My experience with this company has always been well. They are kind and professional and care a lot about their customers. There are long well-detailed documents in case you ever want to fix or learn something yourself, but they are always there whenever you need help.

Customer support is great! I am a relatively new customer (17 years with my previous ISP) and there was a bit of a learning curve. Customer support made it easy, and the four-minute response to chat is amazing (versus the 60-minutes PLUS from my old ISP, and I often never got resolution). Big Rock's website hosting, domain management and email service work very well, and I recommend Big Rock.

Very quick to respond, very knowledgeable. I am brand new to making websites so I have had many, many questions. Everyone I chat with is extremely patient with me and walks me through with detail and photo's if required. After trying for a couple months to make a website on several other sites without success I am so grateful I saw one of my favorite youtubers, not sure if I can say her name, do a review about Big Rock. I am almost completely finished with my website after a week!!!
