I want to share my disappointing experience with Big Rock regarding a DMCA violation report. We reported the violation and were promised a resolution within 24 hours. However, 24 hours have passed, and Big Rock has not provided any update or solution.Feeling concerned, we reached out to customer service once again, only to be informed that they would not honor their initial promise. Despite this setback, we patiently waited for a few more days. Eventually, we received an email stating that the reported account had been suspended. Unfortunately, to our dismay, the website is still active and infringing on our work.Throughout this process, we have interacted with numerous customer service agents, but our issue remains unresolved. As time goes by, their responses have become increasingly unreasonable and unhelpful. The latest encounter with an agent named Richie was particularly frustrating. Richie insisted that we should report the issue to Cloudflare, even though Cloudflare is not the hosting company responsible for handling DMCA violations. Reporting to Cloudflare would only redirect the report back to Big Rock. It is incredibly frustrating for Richie to disregard our understanding of the situation.Overall, our experience with Big Rock has been unsatisfactory. We would recommend considering Asurahosting as a better alternative. Asurahosting offers affordable services while providing excellent customer service.Thank you for considering our feedback.Update(5/25/2023)We have received a response from the Big Rock abuse team stating that they are unable to suspend the domain for a copyright case without a formal court order or official decision. Their instructions seem to make it harder for us to protect our work. We expected better adherence to their own policies. Our goal remains the removal of our copyrighted content from the infringing website. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend Big Rock's hosting services. Please consider alternative providers.

I initially bought an annual plan, they prompted me I needed to upgrade one step by paying for a month of the upgraded plan. I paid it then upgraded, the months decreased drastically down from 12 months to 3 months. I contacted, they said it's just how they calculate it. Less than 24 hours later they said I needed upgrade again by buying another month, I bought it, my plan decreased from 12 months at the very start to 1 month (this all happened within the span of 1 month). I moved one of my websites to a different host so I wasn't using Big Rock resources anymore, I asked them to decrease my plan down to my original plan, they said sure then decreased it to the original plan (the one I bought for 12 months) then said I only had 2 weeks of my plan left. I asked to speak to the manager, they said they'd investigate then the next day let me know it's just how they calculate things. So angry and disgusted I'm nauseous. Don't let these thieves steal your money.

I gave it one star because you have to to move forward. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I have had my card used fraudulently 3 times on this site in 2 weeks and I don't save my info on any device. I have never used this site and had to look it up. Luckily I informed my bank and they are investigating. This is a scam run fast and far away. There is no contact number and of course it's overseas. They steal your money!
