I really appreciate being able to live chat with a specialist when I have an issue. I have used the live chat feature a lot and it's clutch to be able to keep working while having them sort out the issue. I am creating SOP (standard operating procedures) to pass off tasks to my team, for instance website updates or creating new email accounts for new employees. I appreciate Big Rock's live support staff taking care of me every time.

I've bought a domain from that company, they gave a link that doesn't work for my cpanel , then I've sent them a compliment email they responded after a couple of days ( what a responsive customer service) they told me to clear cache and use a proxy website to solve the issue so I did , and nothing happened, still the same , so I went to buy the same domain from another host , they confirmed my purchase and ownership in less than 15min , so I've sent another email to Big Rock asking for a refund for the nothing that they gave me couple days ago , and no respond of their side till now , I would never recommend them to anyone unless you wanna waste your time and money.

I've had a great experience with Big Rock so far. That is to say, extra credit for their customer service. Sadly I've had a couple of problems in the beginning like Big Rock aquiring a dead email adres from my google login that was no longer even bound to the account. But: through several chats it all worked out. And for me thats what counts. Like the titel says: if you want a managed vps minecraft server, look somewhere else. But If you're willing to do a bit of research Big Rock offers great interfaces, reliable services, and amazing support whenever needed.

I think I was overcharged. I am confused if I have two domains or not. I am struggling to find a way to speak to someone on the phone.
