I had a few problems, but support is always super helpful and solves problems instantly or gives you tips on how to do it. I know most of these companies offer similar services, but Big Rock's support is fantastic, so I would recommend anyone switch to Big Rock after their current provider expires, You also get a good deal for switching.

I don't often write reviews, but for Big Rock, I feel I have to. They offer reasonable prices with really good hosting for any plan you choose. Big Rock is not transparent company . Big Rock not transparent with his clients . Big Rock technical support sent every time same answers templates. One more thing Big Rock support not reply those questions that more important for every website owner and online businesses .1. How many monthly traffic handle if I buy your cloud professional plan for 1 year +2. How many users handle at the same time if I buy your cloud professional plan ?3. Not provide any information about data center .I asked the support I tell him I know Big Rock have data center in usa but I want to know which states of usa ??4. Big Rock not provide dedicated firewalls in cloud hosting plans ? But other every company provide this thing .

AFTER THIS REVIEW,Big Rock just deleted my website and reverted it back to default wordpress,STAY AWAY.In all honesty,i choose Big Rock because it was the best "cheap" option,and i don't have enough traffic to need something better. Their migration tool works good enough when it works,but that's hit and miss.After I transfer my website,i also transferred my old domain,which apparently there is no way of making it the main one without migrating again,which their site now fails everytime and they won't to charge me pretty much a years subscription in order for them to do it.I can imagine how can a reputable hosting service can't allow a domain change for their website.Also the "expert" was pretty rude.
