I tried Big Rock with a bad experience. I bought their 2gb ram plan and it can't even run with 2 players playing Minecraft and it cost a lot. Their technical team take ages to get back and they don't solve the problem with the server. Last time I logged in only me, it was still very laggy. I cannot recommend unfortunately. I will try Minecraft Realms instead..

they took ages to reply and if you got any fatal error then have to pay $80+ for resolving the issue

Worst Possible Support! They are clueless in their own project! what a waste of time 4+ hours now i have to wait to get my money back because they have a trash service and lazy clueless support techs. The way they carryon it like they are scammers. I truly get the fraud feeling from this! Stay away!
