I purchased 2 plans and asked them to move just once website (out of 20) from one plan to another as their page mentions about the "Free Migration Included" but when I had a chat with their support they had to say is "Our migration team offers free migration from an external provider to Big Rock. If you migrate from other plans/ other Big Rock account, there is a fee for it or I can provide you with a guide." Then they started promoting their partner Fiverr's Affiliate Program.The experience was horrible and was not expected as I've been using Big Rock since last 3 years!

Big Rock banned me from live chat also, no more support on both of the hostings i got even though 1 of them was only mentioned in the process not used as support point----------How i know i got banned?I bought different hosting and chat just works there.-------------this is one of the wors hosting provider i worked with between 10 hosting providers I was scammed by Big Rock.web.tr which is the hosting part that Big Rock provide hostings to to the turkish market to re use their old servers without saying that there is a difference in plans after i bought it and wasted my money on it i saw that resource usage is always at its peaki try so much to reach the support team using the chat but the chat is not working in my account cause it is bought from the Turkish providerwhen ever you do your research on the best hosting you will find them there but,,,,,ALL THE LINKS ON THE INTERNET TELLING YOU THAT THIS IS THE BEST ARE AFFILIATE LINKS. Big Rock is not the best on any level of support nor honesty--------------Update:I contacted email guys said transfer the website i did that and i got whole different level of performance for the same backup of the websiteI moved my hosting to different Big Rock account and the reason that one was bad is because they were re selling bad hostings to Turkey Current Usual Big Rock name servers are: ns1.dns-parking.comns2.dns-parking.comThe one i got sold and stuck with at the moment from the Turkish market are:cpl14.main-hosting.euOfc Big Rock will blame it on the files of the website being too big as it is the easy way around it and the template they have at the moment

One of the customer service staves was really informative and when I stumbled upon some troubles receiving emails on my custom domain email. She mentioned that the domain was fine and implicated that there was something going on with the email, so she referenced some solutions and why the problem occurred. This was not a problem in the hosting but instead, it is just how custom domain emails are, so I figured this was not Big Rock's problem but she was willing to help to find external references. Yes, she was really helpful and I hope Big Rock can keep staves like her. Keep it up
