I am very pleased with Big Rock's services and technical support. I have contacted technical support twice, and each time they were excellent because they know more than I do about the problem. It can be frustrating to contact other technical support services, and discover I know more than they do - and I am not a technical expert. In addition, the online help guides are current and accurate. I also called in Saturday evening and had excellent support from another technician, but I am not sure of his name - maybe Pashcal A? I am sorry I did not record his name.

Utterly dreadful company and I really regret ever doing business with them. They make it impossible to use their customer service facility because it is so complicated to navigate the menu system. On the rare occasion I have asked questions, I get unhelpful replies.I bought a domain through Big Rock and then used a different site to create a website; something which I have done before. However when I asked for help to set up the A records, the information supplied by Big Rock was incorrect and the website would not function with the domain. I tried over 2 years, many times, to get this set up but Big Rock kept giving different information - conflicting with previous advice given by their customer support staff. In the end I gave up and transferred the domain to a different provider.I do not recommend Big Rock. Of the 7 different website hosting companies I have used over the past 25 years, Big Rock is by far the worst one by a long, long way.

Big Rock have been pluggin VPS services for a long time for my web company, and I finally bought a plan. However, they do not offer ANY SUPPORT at all for them, and say it is self-managed. It seems to be that they are plugging VPS to avoid responsibility in having to support it. Big Rock need to up their customer support for VPS.
