The user navigation is nice so is the UI. The problem is I didn't get support for node in my package but there was nowhere listed that such support would not be possible in my package.

Halim quickly identified the issue and provided me with a link to a working version of the Titan Email interface. And it resolved my issue immediately.I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from Big Rock Support. Halim was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to quickly identify and resolve my issue, and I was very satisfied with the outcome.Overall, I had a very positive experience with Titan Email. Big Rock continually provides top rate service and help with any and all problems that arise. When I had issues in the past resolving the nameservers they helped me through getting everything configured, and most recently again helped resolve a domain renewal issue in record time. Highly recommend Big Rock.

There have been some technical issues but the staff and everyone at technical support have been great! They're informative, polite, and very helpful. Not to mention, the prices are definitely affordable.

Their customer support is great; they don't lock you in like Wix or Square or nickel and dime you for every add-on service like GoDaddy. I have enjoyed working with them, especially due to the fact that their backend is good enough that I rarely need to.

I think the service is pretty stable and if you have any doubts or issues with your website if you write they helped you fast and you can resolve your problem. I recommend Big Rock, and for sure I'll mantain this hosting.

I am not a web developer. I get stuck pretty easily on basic things like setting up emails and migrating websites. Big Rock's customer support has been absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. They've held my hand and patiently walked me through everything with ease. They even migrated my Wordpress site for me without any issues at all.As far as speed, my page loads instantly now. When I was on Dreamhost, the site took at least 10 seconds to load. Even basic sites with no content took forever to load. Dreamhost told me my load times were my fault somehow. Not being a web developer, i believed them. Since migrating these sites to Big Rock, my load times are instant. The problem was never my websites at all. The problem was my host! Moving to Big Rock was the best decision I've ever made when it comes to hosting my sites.
