There are very few downtimes with my website especially with the price. I've tried other hosting services like WordPress and InterServer. Both have their strengths and weaknesses but Big Rock fit all my website's requirements.It is relatively cheap and has rare issues with the server getting overwhelmed by the number of requests, especially with my very unoptimized website.Also, the UI was very beginner friendly and the customer service is very good. I can easily go to what I need with just a few clicks and the customer service was also great. Speaking to a technician/representative is also quite fast.

Support was able to help me resolve this issue quickly. Due to a recent procedure/program change, the documentation hasn't been updated yet. So left to my own devices I would have spent a lot of time without positive results.
