I have a business that has Google Workspace that uses a CRM and then Big Rock for my email service. Even though it is all streamlined and automated, things can be hectic in understanding the ins and outs of systems. My issue was getting me email to function properly. However, Emily began to help me until her shift ended then Arthur came in like a Super Bowl Quarterback and helped get me email service working with Big Rock. I found Big Rock several years ago and migrated to them from Bluehost. Big Rock is one of the most affordable hosts I've found, and they have a modern UI (better than most other hosts I've tried), and overall have great support. I would appreciate a little more clarity regarding when renewal charges will happen in their onboarding process, but it's not worth docking a full star for that. One of the biggest perks is that you get 100 sites with their cheapest plan ($2.99/mo billed for 4 years as of the time of writing). This is a really big deal, as adding subdomains is useful for so many projects!

Big Rock has very helpful chat-based, real-life customer service. Vania was able to help me solve the technical issues I had with name servers. They were not either Big Rock's fault. It related to a plugin I used with WordPress. She also helped me with that plugging and my linked domain that is not hosted on Big Rock. I greatly appreciate that and I strongly recommend Big Rock as a hosting provider for your web project.

I regret choosing Big Rock.This company has the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I was left on live chat for over 30 minutes without any support or information on what was happening. Poor behavior from a huge company. I will NEVER return to this company and never recommend it. the main point of my review is that they have suspended my websites 4 to 5 times for no reason, I bought 3 plans of 4 years from their website, and now I feel that I made a big mistake by buying these plans. Would not recommend anyone to buy a hosting plan from their website.
