Security Concerns:Big Rock’s security measures are sorely lacking. Numerous instances of websites being infected with malicious redirected links have been reported, indicating a significant vulnerability in their security protocols. This not only poses a risk to the affected websites but also undermines the trust users place in Big Rock to safeguard their online presence.Customer Support:Big Rock’s customer support is abysmal. Responses are slow, often taking an unacceptable amount of time to reply to queries. Additionally, their support team has a troubling tendency to provide misleading information and outright lies. In one instance, when confronted about a website being down, they falsely claimed it was due to a governmental copyright claim without providing any evidence to support their assertion. Moreover, Big Rock fails to notify users before taking action such as suspending websites, leaving customers in the dark about the status of their sites.Personally, I think all small business agencies should avoid using Big Rock for web hosting.

Hosting was good to me as I got into web development but as the economy declined and prices went up, it wasn't a viable option anymore. I loved how I was alerted of issues concerning my account via mail. What I didn't was how it seemed hard to contact customer care, you had to search in hidden places. if that part was easier, I'd love it more

I am one that came over from Zyro via the merge. I was a little concerned at first, because I know how mergers have gone in the past, but Big Rock seems to be better in that I have more options than just Mailchimp for newsletters. I haven't made many changes to my site since the merger, but that seems to be at least as good as before which is a relief. I was hoping I wouldn't need to relearn how to manage my site. I am pleased with Big Rock to this pont.
