Hostgator's domain transfer dispute process is awful - even with clear proof of hacking and fraud. They need to recognize that they empower rather than prevent bad actors.07/08/23: Hostgator claims they've reached out to me but nothing was received. They seem to be trying to obfuscate my review. I would recommend not to engage this company, very shady.26/08/23: they've finally listened to our multiple complaints - the hacked site has been suspended but not yet returned to the legal owner. The process simply took too long. The bad actor was able to disrupt business and people's lives while Hostgator twiddled with this, even with legal trademark dispute evidence and investigator input. My one star review remains, would give even lower if i could.

I've been using Hostgator for over 3 years now and I never had any problem with it. If I had any questions, they were answered within minutes. The only thing missing for me is the way to get invoices with NIP numbers on them.

I have not been with you all for over a year yet, but my time with you has been consistent for the most part. Today was my first actual issue and the Tech was amazing with helping me (I am a software developer and for once I wasn't talked down to by tech support, it's an amazing breath of fresh air!).

So basically my experience with them has been amazing so far. Specially with one of their customer services that I do not remember the name or I dont want mention the name so that they do not tell it is paid thing.
