I've been with Hostgator for around three years and have never had an issue.Today I wanted to upgrade my site from 'Business Web Hosting' to 'Cloud Professional' but I inadvertently created a new hosting account unattached to my website.I contacted Hostgator about this via their Facebook Messenger and spoke with Nadia, who was extremely helpful. After a detailed exchange it was recommended that I email Hostgator, which I did, and this time I was dealt with by Yosefin, who again was exceptionally helpful, explaining where things went wrong and the most effective solution, which in this instance was to request a refund and follow the given procedures in the latest contact.This is have now done and the refund has been issued.
