The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. My email accounts all of a sudden weren't showing up in my mac mail. I've tried for almost a week now, no less than 7 "agents" with chat support, and still not working. Yesterday, I was disconnected from the chat conversation 4 times. Today, it's already been twice.

I've had a Namecheap website for about 15 years, and the company has gone from one that provides customer service to one that only cares about charging the customer. In the last month I've been on several "customer service" calls, and nothing has been solved - although I've spent hundreds of additional dollars. At this point I'm going to advertise for someone who will take all my websites, domains, and everything to another company. I give up. Completely different organization than when Bob Parsons owned it. Void of actual customer service. Oh, and look for the fake paid "reviews" online giving them five stars. Funny how they mimic actual customer's problems. Maybe stop paying for fake reviews and start solving actual customer service issues?

I purchased the Discount Domain Club product primarily to access the Domain Academy and the Domain Valuation tool.What a nightmare! After more than a week, 6 + hours on customer service chats, a refund and repurchase, and being told I have to purchase domains 1st to access the course?, I still don't have access.I have been very nice in my chats because I get it --it is not the chat agents fault that things are not working. However, I got the distinct impression that I was just being put off to wait-- a couple of times without putting my issues through to a more skilled technical professional to really solve the issue. I was not offered a case # for follow through nor was I recontacted to see if there was resolution. This means each time I have to start from scratch describing the issue over again. I am sure Go Daddy is wonderful because I have had wonderful experiences with them before but this is beyond an unacceptable way that any customer should be treated.Finally, today I connected with a customer service agent that listened--spoke to senior tech agents, gave me tracking # , and emailed me after the interaction. I am hopeful now that things will get sorted out.
