Brien is an all-star!!! Intelligence and customer relations are keys to business success. As an experienced state and national government executive overseeing business development centers with national recognition, I know well the importance of customer relations and assistance. Brien is beyond exceptional. Frankly, he should lead internal training and develop manuals for the team. He checked every box of the components for positive company spirit, knowledge of products and services, and, most importantly, CUSTOMER RELATIONS. He deserves recognition because, frankly, my patience is sometimes short, and he noted without saying that I was having a bad day. He made my day, and I feel joyous, which is difficult when I am unhappy. Promote Him.

I went with Namecheap for the website builder. It is fairly decent, but I was confused by the multitude of “plans”. Disappointed that I have to pay extra for an email address using my domain. All other hosts provide email support as part of the hosting package. With Namecheap, EVERYTHING that would be considered part of the standard package anywhere else is a paid product here.

Talking to a guy who knows what he's doing in the US is important to me. The online chat functions are pretty terrible (across the board - not just Namecheap) but I can pick up the phone and get real solutions from someone who can communicate in a manner that penetrates my thick skull and instructs my fingers on what to tap to make it all better.
