Most companies no days you can't speak with anyone or it's very difficult to. Namecheap is great in that aspect. More companies should be more people focused as Namecheap is, also they have a very pain free automated phone service that's less annoying then amazon and other large companies. Great that it gives you an option to choose not to listen to music on hold. Only thing might improve is a call back option if hold times are longer then 5 minutes. But so far, I haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes to speak to someone. Customer service is very knowledgeable and pain free process. More large online companies should have the same systems with the right customer service in place to be able to take action for your accounts over the phone. Not many online companies do this anymore and it's very frustrating when you spend long hold times to annoying music and robot recordings to get to someone who tells you to go do everything manually.

The gentleman that helped me (this was the 3rd time I called about the same issue) finally corrected the issue and was very patient with me and very professional. This service was greatly appreciated.

The person that helped me really worked hard to be sure I got everything handled. She asked questions that needed to be asked that I wouldn't have known to ask. She didn't have to check with higher staff but came back to let me know it was going to take a bit longer but checked in with me.

Go Daddy has 24/7 customer service! This is awesome compare to Google that has no real person service for their small business website needs

A long time trusted partner for my web sites

I purchased a domain name and email address approx 6 was ago, had problems accessing my email as they also included Microsoft 365, I had worked on it for over a month, I called go daddy and they helped me tremendously, even took the extra time to make sure I could access everything thing I needed. I would highly recommend them if you are starting a business.
