My technical issue involved restoring my website which I somehow inadvertently sabotaged...I tried everything I knew to do to remedy the problem with no success after hours of trying. I called the Go Daddy help line and a tech there (Yancy) went into my site and restored it within a 5 minute period.

The mean when they say call them 24/7 customer service is outstanding . The customer service people take all the time it takes to fix you problem! They do there job in a cheerful manner . They are awesome !

I have a Google Site with a Namecheap domain and was struggling to connect them with the steps online from Google. I had to call Namecheap for help. Customer Service was friendly and very thorough and patient!

I was able to build my own website on Namecheap! Today, I was about to publish it and I called Namecheap support to discuss my domain name. I reached Fred. He was the best support person I have ever dealt with from any company. He was totally competent, kind, helpful, knowledgeable. I highly recommend Namecheap and appreciate their service!

They have had my domain for many many years because I know they won't disappear like some of the others. They send emails when your account is going to renew. They have good prices on additional domains if you want them.
