I was a little confused about the migration of my domain to Namecheap, but the helpful staff there quickly corrected my errors and took care of everything. Thank you for being patient with a user of technology who doesn't speak the confusing language.

The service rep was knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel valued as a customer. She took all the time needed to help me through the process and found a way to save our charity to save money, by changing to a plan that better suited our ministries needs. She was a good one to connect with.

I received a Warning Report about an "active email address" that was NOT an active one. I called and waited maybe three minutes on hold; then Rommel listened to my issue and had me forward the email alert.He then sent me a link and helped walk me through the steps on the phone to fix the issue. All done in a matter of a few minutes.

Customer Service brought me back. After struggling with technical issues that were no fault of Namecheap, I decided that I would cancel my subscriptions. When I went to cancel, it was the complete opposite of delay, or upsell tactics. The customer service team were professional and empathetic. They listened and worked the problem. Over the next 2 months, every time I was working with any other customer services rep, it was clear why Namecheap had award winning support. When, I saw a chance to come back, I jumped at it. Despite some minor hiccups, again Namecheap Customer Service came through. I will recommend them cause I am proof they got my back, which is why they got me back.

I was having trouble with a technical problem and I'm not super tech savvy. Joemar helped me out patiently and lead me through everything perfectly. There was no confusion and his explanations were awesome. Due to the fact that neither of us could resolve the problem, he reached out to the back office to help out. After a few minutes he came back with a fix and it worked! Each time I have used Namecheap on either the site or this phone call have been excellent!
