Chris (the operator/help assistant) was very patient and clearly communicated the solution to my problem transferring my domain to a new registrar.

The representative was very helpful and very patient and willing to walk me through the process of editing and managing our organizations website. He was a wealth of information to make our group feel safe about putting information on the website.

The product is basic (not a bad thing) and great for getting up and running quickly for someone who has little or no experience putting together or operating a website. The customer service, though, is outstanding!

Efficient, polite, explained everything to me. My problems with SSL Certificate resolved immediately. I like using Namecheap as I can always speak to a human representative immediately. I don’t like using AI Robot to communicate. I like human interaction, time saving and I know the problem is resolved.
