When I have need of technical support the representatives are ALWAYS patient with me & knowledgeable about the problems or situations I'm having at the moment. Because they take so much care to help clients, it takes forever to get help but it's worth it.

Brian (or Bryan) was great at addressing my issues which included domain questions (auctioning process), cleaning up un-needed domain names, and setting me up with a Managed WordPress account. There were a few other things, overall, it was a great experience, good conversation, helpful, and professional.
