Due to go daddy's slow app response I ended up paying twice for my renewal I immediately noticed and called them and they told me they couldn't give me a refund. Terrible way to run a business.

I called Namecheap customer service for a couple of issues today, even though I had to wait a quite while to get a real person on the phone, (they are very busy) I finally got through. The customer support representative was very helpful. I forgot his name but he spent almost 2 hours with me on the phone helping me with my login and account issues. He's professional, patient and knowledgable. He did solve my issue to my satisfaction. I'm very happy for the result. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we lost our emails on my wife's and my computers and cell phones for two weeks. We called Microsoft and got no help, our local computer guru said we had to call Namecheap. Last week we called Namecheap and talked to a rep for 2 hours and still no emails. Yesterday we talked to another Namecheap rep for 2 hours who promised us emails in 24 hours, but no emails.
