If I hadn’t had an hour and 20 minute wait on hold, I would give Namecheap a 10. The representative really newest stuff and was very patient with me. He figured out the problem and helped me fix it. Namecheap has always been really good to me and I’m grateful.

Pretty awful, you buy a domain name then they upgrade your purchase without asking and take more money from your bank account. It’s impossible to resolve as there is no one to speak to just AI technology.

Several matters were address: setting up the 2-Step authenticator, as the prior email for which a code would be sent to is no longer in use; removing auto-renew and correcting an ongoing problem with a website/domain that should remain in Maintenance Mode; discussed cloud-email archiving and its value; and a one-time change in the payment method. Sargon was efficient, clear, did not try to push a sale of a new product, resolved all issues expeditiously and provide additional information via email.
