The customer service representative was very good however Go Daddy‘s policy for not being able to reactivate a website that was deleted two days prior something that’s on your server which could be retrieved for a tenured customer who just brought new business to your platform to show that I intend on remaining a continual customer. To want to charge me for something like that is very Ludacris as it’s only been 48 hours. The supervisor denied the request to retrieve the website without $149 fee. Show me some appreciation for me being a customer for so long.
