I had a 6 month old issue with another small email host service. Bluehost solved issue over the phone in 10 min I went with there Outlook email . & i had multiple business email addresses transferred & activated within 30 min, with no issues. A lot of the other email host services don't know how to keep up with the latest security protocols, rules & email issues. Great Job

The customer service rocks. I do not call that often but when I do it always to my satisfaction. Today I call cause I was trying to embark a potential customer to move from another webhosting to Bluehost. So I call and spoke to Aljohn and he answered my questions, my client had, professionally and went on giving me an even better option. Thumbs up

Bluehost is great - we are able to have our website service and anytime there is a problem I can call and representatives are always helpful. Today was exceptional beyond the highest level of customer service and that is because of the representative, Lloyd. Although I have only had one experience with the customer service, it was expedient and a resolution to my backend issue was arrived at within the necessary parameters I set to accomplish. I also reached out at what I would presume to be an indecent hour, and the fact that this was an overseas center was to my advantage. The functionality is as expected with a company of this size, in regards to pay ways on certain services. The other functions, marketing etc are stock and I would recommend a more specialized approach; whether that is an in house marketing team or outsourcing to some other company.,

It took some time and posting a bad review to get a refund, but I appreciate that they reached out to help me cancel the product I didn’t want to auto renew. Thanks Tom for the help. I’d recommend Bluehost adopt a more proactive customer service policy to avoid the wasted time. But like I said it got done and shoutout specifically to the rep who helped me. Original review: They do not honor their policy, be careful on the auto renew function. I tried to cancel and get a refund within five days and they refused to honor it, they do not care about their customers.

My website "disappeared". I know enough to be dangerous - so to speak. After trying the AI help for 2+ hours I realize I wasn't getting anywhere. Once Costa came online the problem was solved within 2 minutes. And after the DNS cycled, the website was back online.
