I judge good companies and customer service when things go bad. I called on the Go Daddy team to help with some issues I couldn’t resolve myself. In the end, a live agent named, Patrick, fixed it all - quickly, efficiently and eager to help. He could have sold me on upgrades or anything else and I, probably, would have bought it.
