I judge good companies and customer service when things go bad. I called on the Go Daddy team to help with some issues I couldn’t resolve myself. In the end, a live agent named, Patrick, fixed it all - quickly, efficiently and eager to help. He could have sold me on upgrades or anything else and I, probably, would have bought it. Instead, he told me what I had and how to get more from it. THAT is the textbook for excellent Customer Service and Support. Thank you, Patrick!
