I had the pleasure being able to talk to Brennon Bowman today. He help me get the best deal and package for my website that was suited for me and what my business needs. Prior to our call, I was on the phone with Microsoft for about 25 minutes very frustrated and agitated that they could not help me. After I called Go Daddy and got on the phone with him, I felt relieved that there was a solution to my problems, and he was patient and kind. He walked me through it sometimes even three times because I was a little lost. He helped me navigate the Go Daddy business side of the website and even offered extra help for the Google search engine and marketing at a later time or even today if I chose to. I can’t get over how amazing my experience was. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but I was very impressed and satisfied. Sometimes it’s hard being a new business owner and I feel way more confident now that I know that I have the support and help from Go Daddy. I would recommend everybody work with him! Laurence is an amazing example of excellent customer service while helping migrate my site to new WP hosting and also teaching me very clearly how to do this.
