Microsoft vs BluehostI had a frustrating problem with Microsoft trying to force use of its Authenticator program. Try as I might, I was not able to use Microsoft's protocol for downloading and using the app. John Anthony patiently worked through a series of troubleshooting steps and provisionally resolved the problem so I can use outlook's webmail feature to recover the use of email again. Very helpful service albeit the solution might be a bit limited.
