Anytime I have spoken with a human, I was completely satisfied. Using their chat or AI bots is a challenge and very time consuming.I am a VERY limited user of their capabilities, but for the most part they meet my needs.If all you are looking for is a simple site, I know they can do this and have templates that help you make your own site. I have no experience with needing or building more complex sites, so no comment on that.

What started out as an awful, 2 hour support via chat bot experience... I finally called in and was connected with Dustin. Dustin very friendly, supportive and great to chat with. Not only was he able to resolve my main email issue but he was able to take care of an additional request as well. All within less than 20 minutes. The chat box experience made me question leaving Bluehost after being a long standing customer. Representatives like Dustin is why we'll look into renewing our products for 5 year terms instead of yearly. Thank you so much for the support, Dustin.
