My domains had lapsed, and they retrieved them. I had to pay a fee, but they explained the reasons why and were kind and sought ways in which I could save a few dollars on the renewal fees. I have been with Bluehost for several years and they are one of the only companies that actually have live support when you need it.

Customer service can walk you through just about anything, if you get the right person. I was 2 for 3, and today I got the right guy! Now I am all set!Bluehost should be better about warning you about upcoming issues though. My account just shut off because I forgot to change the payment method when I got a new CC Card, but I got no warnings so I could update it.
