The Customer Service Representative, Courtney, was excellent at handling my request, as part of it became something he had to tailor specifically for my needs. Although it didn't meet product specifications, he made it feasible for me, and I was so pleased that it definitely makes me a very satisfied and loyal customer for many years to come!

I have had websites with Bluehost for almost 20 years and their customer support is still the best! While they have automated response systems, they offer you the choice of them or a REAL, very knowledgeable human being! Bravo Bluehost!

While Bluehost has very good customer support and web hosting, they tend to fall flat when a customer needs some help with using their platforms offered, but are not Bluehost products.

The support over the last couple of days has been absolutely appalling. I have waited hours. I get messages from Bots and then a service person, then that one goes away and another one comes and fails to respond, then they go away.....absolutely hopeless. I like my Bluehost Site and everything about it but the support and the AI bots are hopeless.

Bluehost ( Slowdaddy ) is the worst web company you could possibly use. They take your money and then waste time while you are left explaining to your clients that a $1000+ domain name purchase is in limbo for no reason...Customer service never knows what's going on & can't help a mouse find cheese let alone track down an issue in a simple domain name transfer...

Signed up for one service (backorders) which was discontinued. They then signed me up for a different service (auctions) which I have no use for. Charged me, and then refused to refund. Scammers.

I registered 4 domain names through Bluehost, and wanted to release two of them.I spent more than 2 hours chatting with several of their people today, and made no progress. They fail to answer specific, reasonable questions.As another inconvenience, between February and now, Go(Nowhere)Daddy stopped sending chat transcripts to customers.Hello JM at BluehostYou're welcome. Please review the logs from my chats with your Bluehost customer service representatives to "better understand your experience". I spent multiple hours on multiple service chats with them.Beyond that, I'd be happy to discuss the problems with Bluehost customer service with you, but I'd need to charge you for my time to do that.Best regardsArthur

The customer support chat support is shocking. The representatives appear to be dealing with several customers at once, every time you type something it takes between 5 and 10 minutes for a response. I have today spent over 90 minutes chatting and they still haven't dealt with my enquiries. Very poor service

The only thing i would let Bluehost know is that your help number is off by too many digest. +353 1 659 5976 is confusing and too many digits.

RIDICULOUS COSTS. If you do not renew your subscription on the 20th, 600% EXTRA costs will be charged. Even if your subscription has NOT yet expired, you still have to pay 600% EXTRA. Support is also very slow, the AI ??bot does not want to connect you.
