We are using Big Rock hosting service for the first time. Big Rock offered free migration of our website to Big Rock. The operation was simple, user friendly and smooth with email notification of completion with the instruction to point our domain to Big Rock DNS to trigger the propagation process. But the propagation process was never ending, it was supposed to be completed within 24-48 hours at the end of which we were supposed to get an email notification confirming the completion status. After 72 hours, we tried to contact support team but found no way to speak to them. We had to chat with support team and this chat experience was really amazing! It was so prompt and to the point! I am still wandering if the support agent is a person or an AI powered Chatbot! Whatever it is, it was a great customer support experience! Really appreciate the support and looking forward for more such positive surprises going forward.
