Big Rock does not offer the option to increase storage for a specific email account. Instead, you have to pay to increase the storage for all email accounts associated with the domain, which becomes very expensive and defeats the purpose of choosing Big Rock for its affordable pricing. Unlike Bluehost, iPage, HostGator, and many other providers that offer unlimited email storage, Big Rock only provides 1 GB for free and charges for any additional storage. This limitation makes it impractical if you have multiple email accounts. I am considering switching back to Bluehost.
