Fastest customer service I have seen in a hosting provider , Panels are user friendly and easy to navigate .I wish to recommend the users should be asked if they want autoupdate future turned on instead of turning it on without user's knowledge

I moved my domain and Webpages to Big Rock a few months ago after having been with another top provider for more than 20 years, when my provider advised me that renewal subscription fees were to increase >150%, and subsequently refused to renegotiate a reasonable alternative including downgrading the level of services to only those essential and currently in use, irrespective of having been a loyal customer with many previous contract renewals over 20+ years. Big Rock staff and resources were most helpful in assisting in the transfer of the domain, web pages, & email accounts, and having the pages and email accounts seamlessly served without interruption and without any notice of server / software changes.

I love working and hosting on your platform but your ecom experience was very bad as the default payment gateway - Stripe does not support India and there is nowhay i can set nay other service provider as the default gateway. Setting Manual payments does not offer good experience to customers. So i will be shifting to other hosting providers for my ecom stores that offer better services compatibale with India
