Purchased a hosting plan that does not live up to what was sold. It is supposed to include a free domain, that did not happen, was to much money. Free emails are not true, have to jump through hoops to get them to work and do things that will hurt the domain in the long run. Customer service takes a long time to reach and then hands you off to other people to start over with so they can take a scheduled break. No phone number to contact the company.In reply to the company, the domain was a .com it was available although your end claimed it was a premium name and to expensive to claim.

Customer service is non existent. Have waited for over an hour to get connected only for them to not have the tools needed to help. And sadly no telephone number to reach them.Once they have your cash they don't care about you.

The Support I am getting from all the staff members is tremendous. When I signed up with Hetzner just for emails for a trial first, it was a nightmare. Their support is by email and it took them two or more days to respond to my email and then the email would say they are looking at my request. It would then take more than a week for them to attend to my enquiries. I just decided to terminate my contract with them without thinking of transferring my Domain and website to them. I wrote so many emails to Hetzner complaining about my very bad treatment by their support team but they never responded to my emails.But Big Rock is 1000% and more better than Hetzner in terms of customer support.

Support team is 24hrs and while the chat may be a bit slow in the middle of the night (North America - Pacific Time) they do always reply and it is sent to email which is great that we can reply to the email to pickup where the conversation left off.
