You have a very bad email service, cpanel is better, every simple feature is pro, and 1GB is not enough send and recieving just some pdf files and the mailbox storage is full , bad service everI purchase a cloud hosting and must be include all features of email in my hosting like cpanel, but here did not

I needed support for a technical (technical for me anyway) issue and thought I'd give Big Rock support a try. I couldn't believe how fast and efficient they were. Julius was brilliant. I am deeply disappointed with the way my website was handled by this platform. My site was wrongly suspended due to alleged copyright violations, despite the fact that I am the rightful owner of all the content. I provided clear and detailed proof of my ownership, yet my site remains inaccessible.The suspension was based on false claims made by others, and despite resolving the issue and proving my case, the platform has yet to lift the suspension. This has caused significant disruption to my work and unfairly penalized me for someone else's dishonesty.I expected a fair and thorough review process, but instead, I am left frustrated and without access to my site. I urge the company to rectify this mistake and ensure that such unjust suspensions do not happen to others in the future. This experience has severely impacted my trust in this platform.

If all you want is hosting, so far, 12 months, no issue. Unfortunately, you may want to have email with your business if you host your website. You get the bare minimum for email EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING else is NOT included except for attachments and an email address. What does this mean? If you want to receive email from outside DOMAINS, they must be spotless with email records or Content in the Email OR email domain Reputation. You will find a lot of email is aggressively treated as SPAM by Big Rock's "3rd" party email provider [Titan Email]. There is a NOT SPAM option for email but even that is not a fix. You have to manually captcha an email to SEND IT TOO or it also will be BLOCKED. All in all, this IS NOT a pleasant experience, if you use email for a Business. BUT, you could PAY Titan Email Provider for an ADDON [Premium] to be able to have CONTROL over whitelisting domains that you might correspond with. Otherwise, it is quite painful.As far as Service/Support, YES they are lightening fast on a chat online [ no calling option ] OR it is not offered as of this writing. The chat was very quick to NOT answer my question [3 + hours currently and couning] to find out WHITELISTING a domain is a PAID addon to overcome. My business must choose to manually send messages that are NOT SPAM even after multiple exchanges of emails via FORCED SENDING [manually with Captcha]. My business email records for Sending [dkim, spf and dmarc] are clean and exist. My general email consists of YES 3pm is fine or YES, I received your information. Lengthy review, with support responses in this regard all screen-shotted for Support as required proof apparently of what I just explained here. GMAIL would be a better email alternative or email and hosting would be ok for hosting. ~cheers
