I have a huge problem with the renewal of domains name like .site. I bought it for $1 to test something, and when it renews, they charge me over $30 and sometimes $50. This is the second time it has happened to me. I contacted support to see if they can make an exception, but no luck.

Sites go down and customer service always claims it's optimization and never looks into the issues on their infrastructure side.Reply to Big Rock's comment:I think it is irresponsible for a company of your size to say that, because you never showed metrics where my site used all of the contracted resources, when looking at the resource usage history, more than 50% of the resources were never used.You simply said that the problem was with the site, when the site has been running with you for months without any major changes to its structure.And after receiving such poor and irresponsible service, I don't think I will be your client again, much less would I recommend anyone to be a Big Rock client.
